1. How do I sign-up for an electronic Table of Contents alert (eTOC)?

   You need to first have a CardioSource account (see previous FAQs). You can then manage alerts from the My Account page on the NEW JACC sites or through the email icons you see on the journal home pages and current issue pages which take you to the My Account page.

2. Why does signing-on work differently?

   You will be able to sign-on using your CardioSource account. If you don’t remember your account and password you can link to "forgot password" or email or call the member center. After you have signed-on to the NEW JACC sites once, the site will usually be able to recognize you when you revisit so you won’t need to sign-in every time.

3. What if I don’t have a CardioSource account?

   You don’t need to be a subscriber to CardioSource to get an account. You can create a free CardioSource account that will allow you to sign-up to receive weekly JACC alerts (eTOCS) for the table of contents and online before print.

5. SPECIAL NOTE FOR LAUNCH:

   All content will be freely available for about a month after launch to encourage visitors to explore and subscribe. No one will have to sign-in to obtain articles during this trial period. This date when this closes will be widely published and advance notice given to resource center.
